What time will my parcel arrive?

The time taken to get there will vary depending on where your item is being sent from and to.
Local/regional deliveries sent within a town/city/island will be delivered in the next working day by 9:30am and for residential addresses, you should allow up to 5pm. Read more

How do I send a one-off?

If you do not have an account, you can send items in an express pack or a box with relevant tickets. You can purchase these tickets or express packs from your local branch. Read more

Missing, Lost or Damaged Delivery?

If a parcel is yet to arrive, it may still be on its way.  You can use our online tracking to quickly see where the parcel is in the delivery process. If it is scanned Onboard it’s likely to be delivered soon, there may have just been an unforeseen delay. Read more

Max weight and size for sending

As an express courier service provider, we specialise in the rapid delivery of smaller parcels, as opposed to the movement of pallets and other larger freight items performed by general logistics and trucking companies. Our maximum weight is 25kg, and the maximum length is 1.8 meters. Read more
